"The Laal Hethri are currently investigating 13 Souls on Terra regarding the attack on Peter Richard Lockhart in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Mr Lockhart's actions are being seen as those as a person who was unable to defend himself when outnumbered by a group. This crime is being considered a hate crime because racially tinged language appears to have been used by the youths who attacked Mr Lockhart. The Offices at Butcher's Garden would like to make it clear at this time that no physical violence instigated by anyone is acceptible at any time save for the defense of one's First Life. Even if there is no hate crime indicator found in this case those who carried it out still have a debt upon their Soul for which they will pay in Hell if terrestrial justice fails."
